I will explain how exercise does these 4 things. boosting energy,how to stay strong,  thirdly the benefit of fitness, and it takes time  so the main thing about exercise is to pace yourself there are some simple ways to become fit. You could be doing it without you knowing. For example walking to school every day could burn some fat and make you more fit.

First diets are important for you it will boost your energy depending on the diet you're on. It really helps if you drink water while you do exercise. The main part of having a diet is to lower your weight, lower sugar levels, and blood cholesterols.(blood cholesterols is a fancy way of saying fats or oils in your blood)

Second you could be over weighted  people could  bully you a way to stop bulling is stand up for yourself that leads you to bullying them. So just find a way to decline these nasty comments by starting weak and finishing strong WITH EXERCISE! It improves strength and lowers your blood levels and it makes you feel healthier and good you will start to notice the difference before and after.

Third there are no shortcuts to exercise only time exercise is not easy it is harder than it seems

another ways to exercise is to lift weights and dumbbells
There are specific ways of lifting these things you only use certain parts of your body which is called escalation. When you start it will be hard at the end you can be doing exercise like you have never done before



Conclusion
I hope you take my advice and use it as an advantage for fitness it may change your life span it’s another way to take away depression from you getting bullied, i hope you think about it and realize that you need fitness in your life.
